Company Profile

Our services include Nevada State Certified Appraisers performing appraisals for Mortgage Lenders, Home Buyers, Home Sellers, Homeowners seeking to remove PMI Insurance, Settling of Estates and Divorce.  These services are provided for the greater Las Vegas NV valley to include Henderson and North Las Vegas.

Our appraisers work with some of the largest lenders in the country including Countrywide Home Loans, Bank of America, Chase Manhattan and Meritage to name a few. We welcome inquiries from Mortgage Companies, Mortgage Brokers, Attorneys, Accountants and Individuals.

Since 1991 Sunrise Appraisal Service has come under a very tough code of responsibility as legislated in the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act of 1989. This code is called the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), and as such lays out very definitive paths in how an appraiser accepts, conducts and completes an assignment. To stay informed of the changes in our industry, hours of continuing education must be completed and volumes of information must be "digested" monthly to insure our reports comply with all industry standards and provide you, the client, with as concise and informative a report as possible.
