Let me say that we have been very impressed by
your thorough, professional, and expeditious service. You kept us informed
every step of the way, and completed the inspection, and provided us with
a completed appraisal, and the required license in a very expeditious manner.
We only wish that we could use you for all of our
appraisals. However, as we are in California that is not yet possible, but we
are opening a new office in Las Vegas, and are awaiting our Nevada License to
originate loans in that state. As soon as we do, you can bet you will be our
